Dr. Mills
Are obstacles preventing you from being your personal best? Together, we can remove the hurdles that have been in your way so that you can find a brighter future.

I specialize in counseling people on their path toward their personal goals. My formal training has taught me various therapeutic approaches. In addition, my 25+ years of counseling experience has helped me to develop greater compassion and understanding while working with my clients to enrich their lives.

I believe my role in therapy is to help clients realize their strengths and opportunities in their professional and personal lives, including important relationships. I embrace diversity in people and cultures and welcome an open and honest dialogue about your experiences, hopes, and fears. All of us experience challenges in our lives. I hope to be there with you to offer realistic and solution-focused guidance.

I work with people experiencing a wide array of challenges including career/work issues, life transitions, parenting concerns, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, chronic illness, spiritual issues, gay/lesbian issues, and relationship issues. I do so using a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive, family systems, solution-focused, mindfulness, and interpersonal therapy.

I look forward to the opportunity of working with you.
