I have over ten years of counseling experience and have clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health concerns.  I have undergraduate degrees in Music and in Psychology from Baldwin Wallace College and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University.   I am licensed in the State of Ohio as a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisor designation.  My clinical experience has included working with children and adolescents in a diverse school setting, counselling with people with developmental disabilities and Autism, supervising other social workers, and working with adults with a variety of mental health concerns.  I also have experience in working with couples and families.  I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.  My areas of interest include wellness, relaxation training, stress management, mindfulness, depression, and anxiety issues.
